At Butterfly Essentials, we are dedicated to making your shopping experience effortless from checkout to care. We deliver safe, high-quality women's and children's care products, and we stand by every item you buy from us.

Return and exchange policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. Returns are designed to be simple, fast, and digital.

  • You can initiate a return directly from the My Orders section of the website within 7 days of delivery.
  • Once approved, a doorstep pickup is usually arranged within 72 hours (3 business days).
  • You will receive updates as the return progresses, including pickup scheduling, item receipt, and refund initiation.

Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a wrong, defective, or damaged product, or
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, Butterfly Essentials will cover the return shipping.
  • If the return is due to personal preference or change of mind, Butterfly Essentials will take care of the shipping cost.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the product passes our quality check.
  • For prepaid orders, refunds are sent to the original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refunds are issued as store credit or by bank transfer.

Exchange policy

  • You can exchange your order for another product of equal or higher value.
  • If the replacement costs more, you will need to pay the difference.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Once your returned product is received, the replacement is shipped within 3-5 business days, subject to stock availability.

Non-returnable items

  • Opened or used skincare, cosmetics, or hygiene items
  • Opened baby care products such as wipes, brushes, creams, and related essentials
  • Items purchased under discount, combo, or clearance sale

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your package arrives damaged, missing an item, or incorrect, please start a return or contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

General terms

  • Butterfly Essentials reserves the right to accept or reject a return if the product does not meet the policy conditions.
  • Policy updates may occur without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page.
