This policy covers eligibility, timelines, and the process for returns and exchanges at Butterfly Essentials.
Return eligibility
You can request a return or exchange if:
- You received a wrong, defective, or damaged product, or
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.
Return window
Return and exchange requests should generally be raised within 7 days of delivery. Damaged, missing, or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours.
How to start a return
- Go to your My Orders section and choose the eligible order.
- Submit the return or exchange request with the reason and any required photos.
- After approval, a doorstep pickup is arranged, usually within 72 hours.
- Once the product is received and checked, your refund or exchange is processed according to the applicable policy.
Non-returnable items
- Opened or used skincare, cosmetics, or hygiene items
- Opened baby care products such as wipes, brushes, and creams
- Items purchased under discount, combo, or clearance sale, unless defective or incorrect
